Mr. Seay scheduled a time to come out, he called the morning of to confirm and was punctual in his arrival - which I appreciate! He got to work immediately by assessing the issues I described. He laid out the options I had in terms of repairs, which included installing access panels to replace my old 3-handle system with a single handle system/valve stem. He cautioned me that rebuilding the old system may be cheaper, but he couldn't guarantee how long the repairs would last. He didn't say that to try to get me to do the more expensive work, he was making me aware of the realities.
He performed the repairs quickly - no sandbagging! I am very happy with the quality of the repairs, the speed with which they were performed, the cost of the parts and labor. I would definitely call him for additional work!
I called Seay Plumbing and Drain to work on a stopped up sink. He did a thorough, careful, and clean job and didn't cost a fortune. Extremely professional and a really nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.

My issues: (1) Toilet water supply leaking. (2) Master bath/shower, water pouring out of faucet when shower was running, I suspected it was where alot my hot water was going. (3) Master bath draining slowly. (4) Guest bath/shower, water was pouring out of the hot/cold/diverter handles when the water was turned on.
John was great to work with. I had a huge plumbing issue back in June of 2015 and he took really good care of us. Professional, on time, and never over promised and under delivered. Would highly recommend.
