Look its a older place but it's home. Yes the trailer is old but the people who work at the park are helpfull and fix something if it needs it. I would say it's a safe place. Contrary to what people may think. New owner the old owner didn't seem to care but this owner seems to at least care. Don't knock it till you try it.
